What happens during a Hylase treatment?

Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that occurs in the human body and is used in aesthetic medicine to safely dissolve excess or unevenly distributed hyaluronic acid. Hylase has been a proven and medically recognized way to make corrections gently and effectively for years. It breaks down the structure of your hyaluronic acid and thus gives us the opportunity to safely dissolve faulty foreign work. And, if you wish, we can start again with a natural reconstruction after the region has healed – just 2 weeks after the treatment.

When does Hylase treatment make sense?

Sometimes hyaluronic fillers simply develop differently than expected over time – without anything having gone wrong. Hyaluronic acid can migrate after years, for example. However, perhaps your lips have been over-injected, asymmetries have developed over time or small nodules have formed in your lips. In these cases, a Hylase treatment may be the right step for you! Wir starten erst mit der Auflösung durch Hylase, wenn wir wissen, dass Du Hyaluronidase gut verträgst. Dazu führen wir einen kurzen Hyaluronidase Allergietest mit Dir durch.

Wir injizieren die Hylase genau dort, wo unerwünschte Hyaluronsäure abgebaut werden muss. Dabei entfernen wir nur das, was auch wirklich nötig ist. Keine unnötige Überkorrektur, keine Risiken.

Ca. 2 Wochen nach der Hylase Behandlung sehen wir uns wieder und besprechen, wie die Hylase gewirkt hat und wo wir eventuell nochmal nachhelfen müssen. Eine Korrektur braucht Geduld und wir tasten uns da gerne gemeinsam ran. Sobald die Hylase erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist, können wir uns gerne über einen Wiederaufbau unterhalten, falls Du Dir das wünscht.

Potenzielle Risiken und Nebenwirkungen einer Hylase Behandlung

Insgesamt gilt Hylase als sehr gut verträglich und wird in unserer Praxis seit langer Zeit erfolgreich eingesetzt. Doch wie bei jeder Behandlung, möchten wir Dich auch hier über mögliche Nebenwirkungen aufklären: Rötungen rund um die Einstichstelle, Schwellungen im behandelten Bereich oder oftmals auch ein leichtes Brennen am Injektionspunkt. Diese milden, aber vorkommenden Reaktionen auf Hylase klingen innerhalb von 48 Stunden ganz von alleine ab. In den seltensten Fällen kann es zu allergischen Reaktionen kommen. Doch Deine Sicherheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle: Unser Ärzteteam führt vor jeder Behandlung einen Allergietest durch.

Dein Vorher-Nachher bei einer Hylase Behandlung

Das überschüssige Hyaluron beginnt sich nach und nach durch die Hyaluronidase aufzulösen und ist meist innerhalb der ersten 1-2 Tage vollständig abgebaut. In den meisten Fällen reicht auch eine einzige Hylase Behandlung aus. Bei stark gebundenem oder tief sitzendem Hyaluron kann jedoch eine zweite Sitzung nötig sein. Das besprechen wir ganz in Ruhe bei Deiner Nachkontrolle. Was Du von Hyaluronidase erwarten kannst? Ein harmonisches Ergebnis, das natürlich aussieht und sich endlich wieder nach Dir anfühlt.

Die richtige Pflege nach dem Auflösen mit Hylase

Manchmal braucht es nur eine sanfte Korrektur, um sich wieder rundum wohlzufühlen. Doch damit das Auflösen mit Hylase auch reibungslos verläuft, solltest Du folgende Punkte beachten:

Sport und körperliche Anstrengung

Nimm Dir eine kleine Auszeit vom Sport und verzichte die ersten 48 Stunden nach der Hylase Behandlung auf intensive Einheiten. Vermeide in diesem Zeitraum vor allem extreme Hitze durch Sonne, Sauna und Co.

Wiederaufbau mit Hyaluron

Frühestens nach 10-14 Tagen. Du solltest Deiner Haut bzw. Lippe nach der Hylase Behandlung Zeit geben, sich vollständig zu regenerieren. Danach steht einer neuen Hyaluron Unterspritzung nichts mehr im Wege!

Schwellungen

Nach Deiner Hylase Behandlung können Deine Lippen oder andere behandelte Bereiche noch geschwollen sein. Die betroffenen Bereiche kannst Du sanft kühlen.

What is hylase and how does it work?
The enzyme hyaluronidase is designed to dissolve hyaluronic acid treatments. It ensures that the undesirable result of a previous treatment can be gently corrected.
So that the Hylase treatment does not hurt, we apply a local anesthetic ointment beforehand. This means that you will hardly feel the injection.
You don’t have to be afraid with us. The treatment is carried out by an experienced doctor at our clinic. They will inform you in detail about the procedure and potential risks before making any corrections.
If there is an allergy to hyaluronidase, the treatment must not be carried out. Hylase may also be unsuitable in the case of acute infections, during pregnancy or in the case of very minor irregularities. In some cases, it makes more sense to wait and see than to dissolve directly – we will clarify this in your consultation.
Hyaluronidase treatment is considered to be very well tolerated. As with any injection, minor redness or swelling may occur, but this usually subsides quickly. The risk of side effects is very low due to the medical supervision and the prior hylase allergy test.
Yes, approx. 10 to 14 days after the hyaluronidase treatment. As soon as the tissue has calmed down, hyaluron can be injected again.
