Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Glow Club subscription at any time. If you have not yet had any treatments, we will refund you the full amount. If you have already had a treatment and cancel your subscription early, you will be charged the difference between the subscription price and the regular treatment costs. This means that you only ever pay for what you have actually used.
How often do I pay for my subscription and how does the payment process work?
Your Glow Club payment is made monthly and is conveniently debited from your registered account. So you can sit back, relax and enjoy your treatments without having to think about payment deadlines.
What happens if I take out a subscription but don't use a treatment for four months?
If you do not make use of any treatment within four months, we will refund your money. It is important to us that you only pay for services that you actually use.
What happens if I have had treatment and cancel within four months?
If you have already used a treatment and cancel your subscription within the first four months, we will charge the difference between the subscription price and the regular treatment price. This keeps our price fair for everyone – you only pay what your actual treatment costs.
Can I choose any zone?
Yes, you can choose freely from the zones offered for your muscle relaxant treatment. Each zone costs €90* and you can combine them flexibly to treat exactly the areas that are most important to you. Your glow, your choice!
