Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Glow Club subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel the subscription and have not received any treatments, you will receive your money back. However, if you have already received treatments and cancel early, you will be charged the difference between the subscription cost and the regular cost of the treatments performed.

How often do I have to pay for my subscription and how are payments processed?

Payments for the Glow Club subscription are made monthly. The amount is automatically debited from your registered account via direct debit. This ensures convenient and uncomplicated handling of your subscription payments, so that you can concentrate fully on your treatments and your well-being.

What happens if I take out a subscription and do not receive any treatment within four months?

If you do not receive treatment within four months, we will refund all your money. We want to make sure that you only pay for the services you actually use.

What happens if I receive a treatment and cancel my subscription within four months of the treatment?

If you receive a treatment and then cancel your subscription within the first four months, the difference between the subscription price and the regular price will be charged for the treatment you have already received. This ensures that members who cancel early do not pay less than the regular price of the treatment. You only pay the amount that corresponds to the actual value of the service. This policy helps us to ensure a fair and balanced billing system for all our customers.

Can I choose any zone?

Yes, you can choose from the available zones for your muscle relaxant treatment. Important: The combination of zones costs €90 each. You have the freedom to choose between different zones that suit your individual beauty goals. This gives you the flexibility to receive treatments exactly where you need them most.
